At Kingdom Studies Academy, we believe that true leadership starts with character—and that young people can be powerful agents of transformation in their families, communities, and workplaces. Character in Command is a bold, three-year initiative that equips teens (ages 14–19) to grow in virtue, build purpose-driven businesses, and become leaders who influence others through values-based action.

Rooted in our signature “Be, Do, Have” framework, the program teaches youth to:
- Be grounded in purpose and integrity,
- Do meaningful work that serves others,
- and Have a life aligned with their calling.
Through biblically inspired entrepreneurship, mentorship, and holistic development, we cultivate a generation of teens who not only lead well—but live well.
What Teens Experience
Online Foundations: Thrive in Motion
Every participant begins by completing Thrive in Motion: A Teen’s Guide to Purpose, Passion & Potential. This online course provides lifetime access and introduces key concepts in:
- Value creation
- Biblical purpose
- Entrepreneurial thinking
- Character-based leadership
Virtue-Based Coaching & Family Engagement
Selected teens participate in biweekly coaching sessions focused on the five pillars of life:

These sessions help shape essential virtues such as self-control, perseverance, gratitude, and purpose—qualities that fuel ethical leadership.
Launch a Purpose-Driven Business
With guidance from experienced coaches and mentors, each teen launches a real business that:
- Reflects biblical values
- Serves their community
- Provides early employment opportunities for peers
Lead with Character, Multiply with Influence
As participants grow their business, they begin hiring peers and practicing leadership. We study how their character as a leader influences the virtue development of their employees—proving that leadership grounded in values can multiply goodness across entire communities.
